Sunday morning: I just read your column about chalk board paint. I did not know you had a blog until today. I am local-in Hobe Sound, Fl. Sorry I have not been to your shop-yet. I am an avid reader of all decorating blogs! I love them! I decorate my house with a relaxed, casual feel-but I don't add shells, anchors, or paddles-exactly what everyone would expect in Fl-does not work for me! I am over 50 and I have 3 sons at home; ages 15 and up. So I want a younger, casual feel to my house. I love Coastal Living, Country Living, Southern Living, Fresh Home, and so many more magazines for ideas and the many blogs I read and treasure. I have enjoyed your column, especially the one where you told us about your Mother's advice and your bathroom sink photo and remodel. I will keep reading your column and blog. Thank you!
After reading a bit of your blog posts, I saw the one about Kathryn M. Ireland, I have her book "Creating a Home" and I will be glad to let you borrow it sometime. It is a gorgous home in Ojai, California. Kathryn M. Ireland is on the show "Million Dollar Decorators" on Bravo, Tuesday nights I think, at 10 p.m. Also, Congrats on your pregnancy! Babies rooms are so fun to decorate!
